Arizona: Governor Signs Consumer-Protection Auto Glass Repair Fraud Prevention Bill
On April 27, Gov. Jan Brewer signed into law HB 2463, Auto Glass Repair and Fraudulent Practices. The bill had passed out of the House on a 50-4 vote, the Senate on a 28-0 vote, and then the amended bill passed out of the House on a Concurrence Vote of 57-3.
