Mississippi: Bill to Allow Non-Stacking of UM

The Mississippi House Insurance Committee recommended on Jan. 22 passage of a bill to allow insurers to offer single-limit, non-stacking uninsured motorist coverage on multi-vehicle policies. H 545 is sponsored by House Insurance Committee Chair Gary Chism and next must be considered by the full House.
