Massachusetts: Credit Conflict Previewed at Financial Services Committee Hearing
Speaking last week at an introductory informational hearing in which participants traditionally describe their organizations and interests in only general terms, the president of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance broached the subject of MAIA’s bill to ban insurers’ use of credit, education, and occupation.
