Minnesota: Governor Signs Bills Clarifying Statute of Limitations for Farm Mutuals
NAMIC’s state trade association advocacy partner the Minnesota Association of Farm Mutual Insurance Companies, reports that Gov. Mark Dayton signed SF 1934, which strengthens and clarifies the applicability of Minnesota law as to the statute of limitations for lawsuits brought against farm mutual companies.
