Nevada: NAMIC Submits Written Testimony Opposing Third-Party Litigation Lending Bill

The Assembly Judiciary Committee is holding a public hearing April 12 on AB 465, which enacts provisions relating to consumer legal funding. NAMIC submitted written testimony in opposition to the proposed legislation.
