Arizona: Amended Emergency Response Fee Ban Legislation to Governor for Signature

The emergency response fee bill, HB 2003 as amended, passed out of the House April 7 on a concurrence final vote of 49-8, after passing out of the Senate as amended on a 28-0 vote and an initial House vote of 52-6.
