ACT NOW: Pennsylvania Senate to VOTE on Trial Bar Bill

After a summer of dormancy, HB 2246 has re-emerged to further the agenda of the trial bar and push for the ability of trial attorneys to argue for compensation amounts during their closing arguments. The measure would also allow attorneys to suggest mathematical formulas for calculating pain and suffering compensation, adding legitimacy to what is tantamount to a shot in the dark.
