Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer Bill Will Not Get A Vote In Senate

After a long battle by the industry, the Pennsylvania state Senate stripped trial bar language from HB 2246, a bill that would have allowed trial lawyers to argue for compensation amounts during their closing arguments and suggest mathematical formulas for calculating pain and suffering compensation.
