California: NAMIC Joins Its State Trade Partner in Submitting Written Comments to CDI on Proposed Electronic Filing Regulation
The California Department of Insurance held a public hearing Sept. 15 on its proposed regulation requiring insurers to file all forms electronically using the System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
