2010 FAC Issue Update - Building Codes
Not long ago, NAMIC created the Building Code Coalition (BCC) to help ensure the passage of legislation that would incentivize the adoption and enforcement of nationally recognized statewide building codes. The coalition was successful in having a bill introduced in the House of Representatives last Congress, and the coalition has been targeting this base of support to help move legislation in this Congress.
