Contact Colorado Senate Judiciary Committee Asking for a ‘NO’ Vote on HB 1012 to Help Prevent Workers’ Compensation Fraud

HB 1012, Concerning Limitations on the Use of Surveillance of Employees who have Submitted a Workers’ Compensation Claim, is scheduled for a public hearing March 25 at 1:30 p.m. MST in the Senate Judiciary Committee. The Senate Judiciary Committee is the committee of the Senate bill sponsor Morgan Carroll, an active workers’ compensation attorney.
