House Holds Hearing on Financial Stability Oversight Council
Members of Congress from both sides of the aisle took issue with the lack of insurance representation on the Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC) and the lack of transparency in their process of identifying companies as “systemically significant” during a recent House committee meeting.
