Washington: Credit-Based Insurance Scoring Ban Legislation Introduced in Olympia
HB 1318,Using credit history, education, and income for insurance purposes, was assigned Jan. 18 to the House Business and Financial Services Committee for a public hearing. NAMIC sent a member alert to its Washington members last week apprising them of the proposed legislation.
