Massachusetts: AG Report Criticizes Auto Managed Competition, Calls for New Regulations

A report recently issued by the Office of Attorney General Martha Coakley critical of the state’s system of managed competition for auto insurance recommends the adoption of new regulations that would give the AG unprecedented power to oversee auto insurers, essentially subjecting companies to dual regulation.
