CMS Postpones Medicare Secondary Payer Reporting Requirements
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has announced that it will delay by one year the implementation of some of the Medicare Secondary Payer mandatory reporting requirements for property/casualty insurers until January 1, 2012.
