Florida: Mitigation Discounts Committee Nears Completion of Report
The Windstorm Mitigation Committee of the Florida Commission on Hurricane Loss Projection Methodology met Dec. 18 in Tallahassee. Committee members spent the day discussing identified problems and recommendations for possible solutions, using a draft report prepared by Dr. Jack Nicholson, Cat Fund chief operating officer and committee member, and making revisions as the discussion progressed.
