Colorado: Sunset Review of DOI Passes House Finance Committee, On to House Appropriations Committee
HB 1220, as amended in the House Business Affairs and Labor Committee, passed out of the House Finance Committee Feb. 24 on an 11-0 committee vote. The bill has now been assigned to the House Appropriations Committee for consideration of the fiscal note, which increases state expenditures by $60,048 and 0.7 FTE in FY 2010-11 and $56,779 and 0.7 FTE in FY 2011-12 to the Division of Insurance in the Department of Regulatory Agencies.
