Indiana: Important Legislation Enacted this Year
The Indiana General Assembly ended its legislative session April 29, enacting some important legislation of interest to the property/casualty industry in spite of a five-week walkout by House Democrats who were upset over a Republican bill that would restrict private-sector union rights.
