Illinois: Veto Session Ends Without Action on Workers’ Compensation Reform

The Illinois General Assembly’s veto session ended without acting on workers’ compensation reform. As reported earlier, the possibility of achieving long-time-needed reforms emerged when the legislative leadership created special bi-partisan committees to address the issue.
