MISSOURI: WORKERS COMPENSATION PROPOSAL MOVES TO THE FLOOR FOR DEBATE

As noted in a previous advisory, the Senate committee which heard SB 572 amended the bill and voted it “Do-Pass.” The amended bill now has been placed on the calendar and debate could begin shortly. It is expected that the debate will be lengthy and that the bill will be further amended.
