Ohio: Supreme Court Finds for Employer in Secondary Asbestos Exposure Case

The Supreme Court of Ohio handed down an opinion on June 10 holding that a premises owner is not liable in tort for claims arising from asbestos exposure originating from asbestos on the owner’s property, unless the exposure occurred at the owner’s property.
