Colorado: Crash Tax Ban Legislation Laid Over for Negotiation

Rep. Spencer Swalm’s crash tax ban legislation, HB 1059, has been laid over for the negotiation of an amendment to address concerns of certain municipalities about the funding of their extraordinary accident response fee costs.
