New Jersey: Bill that Would Allow Reinsurance Collateral Reduction to be Heard Thursday
Legislation that would give the commissioner of insurance discretion to lower collateral requirements for alien reinsurers providing coverage to New Jersey domestic companies is scheduled to be heard Thursday by the Assembly Financial Institutions and Insurance Committee.
