Colorado: Sunset Review of DOI Bill Amended in Committee to Address Important Insurance Concern
HB 1220, which implements the recommendations of the Department of Regulatory Agencies set forth in its sunset review of the functions of the Division of Insurance, was amended Feb. 16 in the House Business Affairs and Labor Committee to address an important industry concern about Section 4 of the bill relating to Unfair Methods of Competition and Unfair or Deceptive Acts of Practices.
