North Carolina: Workers’ Comp Reform Bill Amended

According to a report from the Insurance Federation of North Carolina, HB 709 was amended and passed last week by the House Select Committee on Tort Reform. The full House agreed to the amended version on Friday, and the bill may have a third reading in the House as early as today.
