New York: NAMIC Supports Anti-Fraud Measure, But Bill Dies With End of Session

As the New York legislative session wound down the week of June 18 with a flurry of activity, NAMIC weighed in in support of an important measure to reduce no-fault fraud by allowing insurers to retroactively cancel policies procured by inappropriate means. The bill was not taken up by the Assembly prior to the end of session, however.
