Arizona: Senate Committee Hearing Today on Rental Car Secondary Liability
The Senate Committee on Banking and Insurance will hold a hearing this afternoon on SB 1286 that would change current state law that requires rental car companies to provide primary liability coverage for their vehicles, shifting primary liability coverage to the rental car operator’s own personal motor vehicle insurance coverage.
