Corporate Governance Proposals Delayed

In a surprise move, the Corporate Governance Working Group decided it needed more industry input on the new corporate governance initiatives currently under deliberation. The group voted to delay action and established a Jan. 18, 2013, deadline for more comments. The proposals can be found here.
