Montana: Credit-Based Insurance Scoring Extraordinary Events Exceptions Bill Amended in House Business, Labor Committee
HB 29, which would have added “divorce” and “military service” to the extraordinary events exceptions list of the Montana statute on the use of credit information, was amended Jan. 12 to remove “divorce” from the list and was amended to only apply to “military deployment overseas.”
