Colorado: Third-Party Bad Faith Bill Introduced, Assigned to House Judiciary Committee

HB 1234, Concerning the Fair Settlement of Claims for Benefits Under an Insurance Policy, which requires Colorado licensed specialists to be involved in the entire medical claims process, was introduced Feb. 2 and assigned to the House Judiciary Committee. A public hearing has yet to be scheduled.
