Iowa, South Dakota Legislative Session Update
Legislators in Iowa and South Dakota have gone home for the year. Both states saw intense debates on insurance issues, including bills in Iowa that would have massively expanded the damages wrongful-death plaintiffs could collect and in South Dakota on anti-subrogation.
