Catastrophe Insurance Working Group to Draft White Paper on Chinese Drywall Controversy
When it met at the NAIC winter national meeting in December, the Catastrophe Insurance (C) Working Group revealed that throughout 2010 it would examine insurance issues related to the thousands of complaints from homeowners in several states involving allegations of defective drywall imported from China.
