Colorado: NAMIC Joins Industry in Asking Senate Committee to Pass Regulatory Filing Efficiency Bill
HB 1033, Concerning the Elimination of the Requirement That Certain Insurers File Colorado-Specific Financial Information with the Commissioner of Insurance, took another step closer toward becoming law March 10 when it passed out of the Senate Committee on Health and Human Services. It is now in the Appropriations Committee.
