California: NAMIC Member Feedback Requested for DOI-Proposed Regs to Homeowners’ Insurance Estimating Replacement Value; Hearing Set for May 17
The California Department of Insurance last week filed its Notice of Proposed Action on REG 2010-00001 and its Proposed Regulations on Standards and Training for Estimating Replacement Value on Homeowners’ Insurance. A public rulemaking hearing is scheduled for May 17 at 10 a.m. PDT at the Department of Insurance Hearing Room, 300 South Spring Street, Los Angeles. Written comments are due by 5 p.m. on May 17.
