Mayoral Change Could Lead to Settlement in Mt. Holly Disparate Impact Case

The recent mayoral election in Mt. Holly, N.J., has created some question whether the township will continue its challenge of disparate impact under the Fair Housing Act, presently under consideration for review by the U.S. Supreme Court.
