New Hampshire: Med Mal JUA Ordered to Distribute Excess Surplus to Policyholders

A New Hampshire judge has ordered the distribution of $85 million in “excess surplus” to policyholders for policies issued by the New Hampshire Medical Malpractice Joint Underwriting Association from Jan. 1, 1986, through the present.
