South Carolina: ‘Anti-Steering’ Bills Clear Subcommittees in House, Senate
“Anti-steering” glass repair bills received favorable reports in House and Senate subcommittees last week. HB 4042 was approved by the Labor, Commerce, and Industry Insurance Subcommittee, and SB 807 was approved by a Senate Banking and Insurance subcommittee. HB 4042 has been calendared for consideration tomorrow by the House Labor, Commerce and Industry Committee.
