CBIS on Trial … Again
To many in state legislatures, courts, media, and (all) opponents, credit-based insurance scoring is considered a subject that connotes controversy; however, in reality, CBIS as an issue is a “nontroversy,” a term coined years ago to mean an event seen by some observers as controversial but by others as insignificant.
