Vermont: NAMIC Cites Concerns With Bill Modeled on UK Part VII Transfers

Legislation designed to authorize transfers of commercial insurance business from one company to another for runoff along the lines of what are known in the United Kingdom as Part VII transfers could have a variety of negative public policy implications, NAMIC and other trade groups warned lawmakers last week.
