South Carolina: Welcome Reception for New Insurance Director Scheduled
Eleanor Kitzman, the new executive director of the State Budget and Control Board, has asked for NAMIC’s help in spreading the word that she is hosting a reception to welcome South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley’s choice for director of insurance, David Black. Black’s appointment is expected to be confirmed by the Senate Banking and Insurance Committee today.
