Yes, I’m being facetious. Did any of us really think Florida Gov. Charlie Crist would sign the Omnibus Property Insurance bill that had been lying on his desk for a few weeks? Did any of us really think the governor had finally seen the light of the importance of loosening the stranglehold on the property insurance market in his state? Nah...
