Nevada: Member Feedback Requested on Hospital Billing Practices Legislation
NAMIC’s western state affairs manager Christian J. Rataj wants to know if members doing business in the state want NAMIC to support SB 300. If passed and signed into law, the measure may result in positive impact on property and casualty claims adjusting practices, he said.
