Texas: Legislature Adopts TWIA Reforms
Just before the end of last week’s special session, the Texas General Assembly enacted House Bill 3, legislation reforming some areas of the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association. TWIA has grown to insure nearly 244,000 homes and businesses along the Gulf Coast.
