Washington: Senate to Hear Bill on Protective Orders
The Washington Senate will take up SB 5054, a direct attack on the established legal doctrine of protective orders sought by a party in litigation to prevent the unnecessary disclosure of trade secrets and proprietary information during the discovery process and after the trial has concluded.
