Colorado: Insurer-Supported Consumer Bill of Rights for Roofing Work Dies

An insurance-industry-supported “Consumer Bill of Rights” for roofing work, SB 207, died with amendments April 27 on Senate second reading. The bill had recently passed out of the Senate Appropriations Committee, as amended, on a 7-3 vote and the Senate Business, Labor, and Technology Committee on a 5-1 vote.
