Nevada: Legislation Introduced Allowing Third-Parties to Fund Civil Litigation in Exchange for Financial Interest in Outcome of Civil Lawsuit
AB 465 was introduced March 28 to the disappointment of the business community and insurance industry whose consumers will be “adversely” impacted by the legal cost of having to defend against “frivolous” lawsuit. The bill has been assigned to the Assembly Judiciary Committee.
