Florida: NAMIC Protests Cat Fund Decision on Reimbursements

NAMIC, along with the Florida Insurance Council and others, has raised concerns about a recent decision by the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund to deny reimbursement to Sunshine State Insurance Company for covered losses (attorney fees and public adjuster fees).
