Colorado: Anti-Business, Anti-Judicial Fairness Amendment to Colorado Consumer Protection Act Postponed Indefinitely
SB 68, Concerning an Increase in Consumer Protection Under the Colorado Consumer Protection Act, which was introduced by trial lawyer Sen. Morgan Carroll and passed out of the Senate Judiciary, was killed in the House Committee on State, Veterans, and Military Affairs last Thursday on a 5-4 vote.
