Consumer Connections Working Group Continues Work on Readability
The Consumer Connections (D) Working Group held a public hearing during the NAIC Denver meeting in March on the issue of insurance policy readability. During that two-hour hearing, a number of consumer representatives provided comments in support of simplification and increasing the readability of policy language.
