After months of negotiations aimed toward achieving a bipartisan consensus on comprehensive financial services regulatory reform legislation, both Sen. Christopher Dodd, D-Conn., chairman of the Senate Banking Committee, and Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., announced today that negotiations have come to a stand-still.
